Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Caspira. The following terms govern your engagement with our consulting, educational materials, and product offerings in treasury management and corporate cash flow optimization.
2. Services
Caspira provides tailored advisory and implementation services. Each engagement outlines scope, deliverables, and timeline. Service fees and scheduling are specified in a separate agreement.
3. Information Products
Caspira offers digital publications, training modules, and toolkits designed to enhance cash flow planning. Access is granted upon full payment and remains available as long as the platform is supported.
4. Goods
Caspira may offer branded materials and workbooks to complement our services and information products. All physical items are described with dimensions, material details, and shipping timelines.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of service commencement if deliverables have not been provided as described. To be eligible, the request must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days. If a session has been delivered, no refund is available unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may transfer a booked service session to another date by notifying Caspira at least 7 days in advance. Transfer requests submitted later may incur additional fees or be denied.
5.2 Information Products
Digital materials may be refunded within 7 calendar days of access if less than 20% of the content has been downloaded or viewed. Refund requests beyond this period or usage threshold will not be honored. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
5.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 21 calendar days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Customers must obtain an authorization to send back items by contacting Caspira. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued within 30 days via the original payment method.
6. Service Transfer
Caspira understands that schedules may change. For advisory sessions, workshop dates, and webinars, clients may request a one-time transfer without fee if submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Subsequent transfers may be subject to availability and a nominal rescheduling fee.

8. Amendments
